Bicycle traffic on footpaths and hiking trails is permitted where there are no special prohibitions on bicycle traffic, as long as it does not cause damage to nature and full care is taken towards pedestrians. The national park manager can permit the use of bicycles on specific riding routes or paths, provided that cyclists are aware of horse traffic and give way to it. National park managers can prohibit the use of bicycles on footpaths, walking and riding paths where there is a lot of traffic or where vegetation can be damaged. In other respects, the general terms and conditions for driving and traffic apply to the traffic of bicycles as applicable.
