Vatnajökull National Park offers educational ranger guided walks in Skaftafell, the program until summer is as follows:

All educational walks in Skaftafell are cancelled while the ban on mass gathering is in effect.

All walks start at 11:00. The meeting point is in front of the visitor centre and there is no admission fee. The walk takes about 1,5 - 2 hours, and can be conducted in either Icelandic or English, or both. Please dress according to weather.
