	The campground in Ásbyrgi has places for 350 tents. No reservations can be made but large groups should contact the visitor centre prior to their arrival.
	In Ásbyrgi there is a section for campers and camping trailers, with access to electricity. There are 48 x 1500 w plugs and 16 x 900 W plugs on the camp site. In Vesturdalur there is no access to electricity
	In Ásbyrgi there are toilets in the main service house next to the parking site and also in a smaller buliding at the campground. In Vesturdalur toilets are located in two buildings by the camp site.
	In Ásbyrgi showers are located in the main service building next to the parking site at the campground. In Vesturdalur there are no showers and no hot water.
	In Ásbyrgi a washing machine and a drying closet are located in the main service building at the camp site.
Cooking facilities	No designated cooking facilities are for campground visitors, neither in Ásbyrgi nor Vesturdalur. Dish washing can be done in kitchen sinks next to the service buildings.
	Wireless internet is available in the visitor centre. Access can be bought at the service desk in the visitor centre. There is also access to one computer in the visitor centre.
