Visitor Centres
National park visitor centres provide information and services for the park and its immediate environs. Through exhibits and lectures, such centres also provide visitors with education on nature, culture and history.
Vatnajökull National Park currently has three visitor centres: In Ásbyrgi, Skriðuklaustur and Skaftafell.
