A spring expedition to lake Askja
Last weekend park employees went along with a group of scientist to lake Askja. The mission of the expedition was to research the unusual lack of ice on the lake at this time of year. The scientist are still working on site and we will present their results as soon as possible. During the weekend the weather conditions were wonderful and here we share with you some photos from the trip.
